Refund, Cancellation, Return, Delivery & Rescheduling Policy

At Relesa’s, every order is handcrafted and made fresh just for you. Because our products are perishable and we begin purchasing ingredients and preparing orders 3–5 days or more in advance, the following policy applies to all orders.
Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom and large orders to secure your order date. Orders are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted confections and the preparation involved, all sales are final. Deposits and payments are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your order, you must notify Relesa’s at least two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled delivery or event date.
Approved orders may be rescheduled one (1) time only within 30 days of the original order date and are subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new order and a new non-refundable deposit.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted candy apples, candied fruit, cakes, cookies, homemade caramel, and other confections, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been completed, delivered, or shipped.
Delivery Damage Exception
If your order is damaged or destroyed during delivery, please notify us within two (2) hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
The outside of the package
The inside packaging
The damaged products
The shipping label (if applicable)
Photos must be taken before the products are discarded, consumed, or altered. Once verified, we will gladly provide an appropriate replacement, store credit, or another reasonable resolution. Claims submitted without supporting photos or after the required timeframe may not qualify.

Through Relesa’s on the Road
We may travel by car or plane to deliver handcrafted confections throughout the United States. All travel-related expenses, including transportation, lodging (if applicable), and other travel costs, are the responsibility of the client and must be approved before booking. All travel bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after all required deposits, travel arrangements, and fees have been approved.
Delivery
A delivery fee applies to all deliveries over 3 miles from our service area. Delivery and travel fees are based on distance and will be discussed before your order is confirmed.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
The safety of our clients and the quality of our products are our top priorities. In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, road closures, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our control, Relesa’s reserves the right to reschedule your order to the next available date. We will communicate with you as quickly as possible to make alternate arrangements.
Product Variations
Because every confection is handcrafted, slight variations in color, decoration, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are part of the artisan process and are not considered defects.
Order Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate order details, delivery information, and contact information. Final payment is due before delivery or shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Shipping
All shipments are weather permitting. Relesa’s reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel any order if weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control may compromise the quality or safety of arrival of your order.
